North Wales Caravan Sites

Our award-winning caravan site in North Wales is set in one of the most beautiful regions in the UK and is conveniently located for access from Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham. This popular holiday destination features something for everyone – with fantastic scenery and beautiful beaches, plus tonnes of activities to do and attractions to visit. You certainly won’t be bored!

Go Back To Nature
The Plassey is one of the most unique caravan sites in North Wales as it is set in over 247 acres of farmland – leaving you free to take some time to explore the splendour of the local area by strolling along one of the two nature trails surrounding us. There are also cycle paths too for the more adventurous amongst you. Our location also allows you easy access to the rest of North Wales, where you can enjoy rock climbing or kayaking amongst other mountain activities and watersport if you so wish.

Relax and Unwind
For those of you who like a more relaxed pace of life, why not take advantage of our on-site fishing ponds or our nine hole golf course for a stress-relieving round or two, finished off with a little tipple in our Clubhouse while you mull over your round. Or take some time away and enjoy a short ride on one of the local railways – such as the Welsh Highlands Railway or the Llanberis Lake Railway, where you can explore the amazing scenery of North Wales in a most relaxing manner.

Plenty For The Kids To Do
Back on site, we have lots of things to keep the kids entertained, including badminton, table tennis, games room, a park based on the glory of the Welsh Castles and a gorgeous heated indoor swimming pool. Plenty to tire them out before you head to our ‘Plassey Shippon’ Licensed Restaurant for your dinner.

Explore Some Local History
Our North Wales Caravan Site is also perfectly located for you and the family to explore some of the mighty historic castles that North Wales is famous for. Caernarfon Castle is a popular choice, as it is one of the most impressive castles in Wales – so impressive in fact it is a World Heritage Site. Or why not head to Beaumaris Castle on Anglesey, to see its ‘wall’s within walls’ construction, making it one of the most unusually constructed Castle in the World? After that, you could head over to the Llangollen Canal, where you can experience more history by taking a horse drawn barge trip down the Canal!

Of course, you don’t have to leave our acclaimed caravan site in North Wales to enjoy your perfect holiday. As well as all the activities outlined above, you also have access to digital TV and Sky connectivity, showers, toilets, laundry facilities and a dishwashing area. Everything you need to enjoy a weekend break as a couple, or some family time in the School holidays.
