‘Simply Relax’ – Check In For Unrivalled Peace & Tranquillity

More and more people are flocking to caravan parks in North Wales and for good reason! A caravan holiday makes for a relaxing getaway, which offers the best of both worlds – the amenities of a hotel, with the freedom and mobility of taking your own accommodation. And why pay exorbitant fees for a holiday abroad when, for a fraction of the cost, you can explore the stunning natural scenery that North Wales has to offer? If you are looking for a relaxing caravanning experience, then why not come along to Plassey, the luxury caravan site North Wales, in our off-peak periods (March to June and September to October)? This way you can explore all of the fabulous amenities we have to offer, as well as the beautiful surroundings.

If you are already a fan of caravanning, then you will know that a caravan offers much greater comfort than a tent. Most importantly because they have proper beds! Do you really want to come back from holiday with back trouble, having had sleepless nights?! Realistically, the majority of us are not Bear Grylls, so we will nearly always be enticed into a bed, rather than a sleeping bag on the floor. If you choose to bring your own caravan with you, then our touring pitches offer a similar level of luxury. Our standard pitches offer 16amp electrics which you can connect to, and our deluxe pitches offer electric, lighting, water and digital TV and Sky connectivity.

As well as all of the comforts a caravan offers, we have a fantastic range of facilities on site. Taking a caravan holiday at one of the leading touring caravan parks in North Wales allows you to have a holiday with an air of adventure. Plassey is situated in 247 acres of farmland, in one of the most beautiful parts of North Wales. This year, Wales itself has excitingly designated 2016 as the ‘Year of Adventure.’ What a great opportunity for you to get active and explore the local area. For example, the 1st March is St David’s Day, the patron saint of Wales, so what better way to celebrate the day than to join in with local celebrations? You will see children dressed in red shawls and black chimney hats, and lots of people wearing bright green leeks and yellow daffodils. Wrexham itself holds a flamboyant parade, which is a must see!

If all this sounds a bit much, then don’t worry there are plenty of relaxing things for you to do on site. For example, why not start your day with a little wander around our retail village? Set in beautiful Edwardian buildings, this retail complex offers a wide range of shopping options – from the Barn Boutique to the Mini Market. Once you have shopped ‘til you drop, you can refuel at one of the many dining options on site, such as the Plassey Restaurant & Bar, Haybank Clubhouse & Grill, or the Stables Coffee Shop. In the afternoon, why not relax with a round of golf on our Par 66, 4961 yards Golf Course, set in beautiful parkland, and then finish your day with a dip in our luxury indoor heated swimming pool? You can have an amazing time here without ever leaving the park!

Plassey is second to none amongst the Caravan Parks North Wales, so to find out more or to book your stay with us, please call us on 01978 780 277 or email us at enquiries@plassey.com
